This page explains how the Clinic of Angels ("we," "us") website uses cookies and similar technologies. The short version: we use almost none.

What we use
Our website does not set any cookies for analytics or advertising. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any tracking tools.
The only thing our website stores on your device by itself is a single session storage value. It remembers that the opening animation has already played, so it does not replay as you move between pages. This value stays on your device only. It is never sent to our servers. It clears automatically when you close the browser tab.
If you press Pause Motion on the home page, your browser remembers that choice on your device (in local storage), so the animations stay still on your next visit. It is never sent to our servers. Press the button again to change it.
Third-party services that may set cookies
When you interact with certain features on our site, third-party services may set their own cookies:
- Google Maps. The embedded map on our contact page loads by itself when you scroll near it. Once it loads, Google may set cookies according to Google's Cookie Policy. If you don't open the contact page, the map never loads and Google sets nothing through it.
- YouTube. The videos on our home page use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode and only load when you press play. Once a video loads, Google may set cookies according to Google's Cookie Policy.
- Google Fonts. Our site loads typefaces from Google's servers. Google may log these requests. While Google Fonts does not typically set cookies, the connection itself transmits basic request data such as your IP address and browser information. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- jsDelivr. Our site loads the code that makes scrolling smooth from jsDelivr. It does not set cookies, but the connection sends basic request data such as your IP address and browser information.
How to manage cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Here is how to manage cookies in common browsers:
If you block all cookies, the Google Maps embed may not work correctly. The rest of the site will function normally.
