Our website is a simple informational site. You do not create an account. You do not log in. We do not sell anything online.
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any advertising or analytics trackers of any kind. We do not track your browsing behavior. We do not build profiles about you. We do not sell or share your personal information with anyone, for any reason, ever.
Here is what may be collected when you use the site.
Contact form
When you fill out our contact form and submit it, the site opens a pre-filled email in your own email app, such as Gmail, Outlook, or Apple Mail. The email contains the name, email address, phone number, topic, and message you entered.
Nothing is sent to our servers by the website itself. You choose whether to send that email through your own email provider. If you do send it, it arrives in our inbox like any other email, and your email provider's privacy policy governs the transmission.
Revealed contact information
Our email address and phone number are hidden on the page until you click to reveal them. This is an anti-scraping measure to protect our contact information. Clicking to reveal them does not transmit any of your data to us.
Appointment booking
Appointments are currently arranged by phone. You can reveal our number on the contact page and call us. Online booking is not enabled at this time. If we add an online scheduling service later, we will update this policy to describe that service and its privacy practices.
Google Maps
Our contact page includes an embedded Google Map showing our location. The map only loads when you click to load it. Once loaded, Google may collect data according to Google's Privacy Policy. If you do not click to load the map, no data is shared with Google.
Google Fonts
Our site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When the page loads, your browser connects to Google's servers to retrieve the font files, and Google may log that request. You can learn more in Google's Privacy Policy.
Hosting and server logs
Our website is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may keep standard server access logs, including your IP address, browser type, and request metadata, for security and reliability purposes. You can learn more in Vercel's Privacy Policy.
How we use your information
If you contact us through the website, we use the information you provide to respond to your message, schedule appointments, and provide care. That is it.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for advertising. We do not share your personal information for any purpose other than responding to you and providing care.

We only retain correspondence that you initiate. If you email us through the contact form, we keep that email as part of our normal business communications. We do not store any visitor data on our own servers through the website itself.
